Registration Fee – €100
To get started with Study Quest Global, a registration fee of €100 is required. This fee includes:
Creating your personalized profile for both public and private universities in Germany
Reviewing and verifying all required documents for admission
Submitting university admission applications on your behalf

Admission Confirmation Fee – €150
Once you receive an official admission letter from a public or private university, a non-refundable fee of €150 will be charged. This covers our continued support and guidance for the next stages of your student journey, including visa preparation.

Blocked Account Requirement
A blocked account is mandatory for all international students applying for a German student visa—regardless of whether you’re admitted to a public or private university. It is a standard requirement set by German immigration authorities.
